Battery deliveries are handled through established hazardous-goods logistics processes and trusted transport partners. Orders are typically accepted until the 15th of each month, with shipments usually departing by the end of the following month. Delivery times vary by region, and routing is selected based on the fastest and most reliable available option.
What payment methods are available? Is deferred payment possible?
Payment is usually arranged by bank transfer or letter of credit. In most cases, terms are split into two stages: 50% when the order is placed and 50% before shipment. Deferred payment is not offered.
How is battery warranty service handled?
All Delkor products supplied through TEIAN are covered by the official manufacturer warranty from Clarios. Warranty terms are communicated transparently, and warranty claims are handled promptly.
Is it possible to supply batteries without branding or under our own trademark?
Yes. For orders starting from 10,000 units, TEIAN can coordinate with Clarios to supply batteries unbranded or under the client’s own trademark through an OEM arrangement.
